Hello, my name is Chevre and Camembert

Chevre and Camembert

A little bit about me..

Chevre and Camembert are a pair of 5 month old rabbits looking for a loving forever home having been signed over to the branch with a number of other rabbits on welfare grounds.

They have always lived as indoor rabbits, and so must remain as such at least until the warmer weather comes and then they may be able to move outside if desired.

Be warned as young adolescents, they are friendly, active playful little guys full of intrigue and adventure, inquisitive and nosy and into everything! They love their grub and will come bounding over to see what tasty tit bit you have with you now. But they are also a bit chewy (like most rabbits) and so will need suitable things to chew and gnaw on and all cables and wires must be well and truly hidden.

These active youngsters will need plenty of room to hop and jump about. We have lots of similar rabbits from the same home so feel free to make inquiries.

Can you afford a Rabbit?

  • Can you afford £5 per week for a pair of rabbits including pellets, hay, fresh fruit and vegetables?

  • Can you afford a vaccination each year at approximately £35 per rabbit?
  • When required, can you afford the unexpected vet treatment a rabbit may need throughout their life which is not covered by pet insurance, such a dental treatment?
  • Can you afford to board your rabbit when you go on holiday or do you have a responsible friend or family member who can do this?
